All Heart Travel – Terms and Conditions

By booking with All Heart Travel, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

​

Role of All Heart Travel

​

I understand that All Heart Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. The suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are solely responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold All Heart Travel responsible should any of these suppliers:

 

1. Fail to provide the travel services I have purchased;

2. Fail to comply with any applicable law; or

3. Engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me or any member of my group any injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.

Limitations of Liability

​

I accept that All Heart Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, illness, or death I or any member of my group may suffer; any loss or damage to property; or any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, missed connections, strikes, mechanical issues, acts of government, acts of God, or any conditions, actions, or omissions beyond its reasonable control.

By acknowledging these terms, I expressly agree that I will not hold All Heart Travel liable, nor will I initiate or pursue any legal action, lawsuit, or claim against All Heart Travel for any of the above circumstances.

Travel Documents & Accuracy

​

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact All Heart Travel if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in additional costs. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that all information provided for myself and any member of my group is accurate.

Credit Card Payments and Chargebacks

 

By providing payment information, I authorize All Heart Travel to process charges for travel arrangements on my behalf and/or on behalf of my travel party. I acknowledge that All Heart Travel acts solely as an agent between myself and the travel supplier(s), and is not the actual supplier of travel services.

 

I further agree that I will not dispute, contest, or initiate a credit card chargeback against All Heart Travel for any charges related to services provided, including deposits, planning fees, or supplier payments, as long as those charges correspond to the travel arrangements I authorized. I understand that any disputes regarding services, cancellations, or refunds must be addressed directly with the travel supplier.

 

This agreement applies to all payments made by me on behalf of myself and/or any member of my travel party. I acknowledge that this clause does not limit my right to pursue a resolution directly with the travel supplier, or to exercise any remedies available under applicable law against the supplier of travel services.

Air Travel Requirements

​

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all travelers to carry government-issued identification to board a flight. The name, date of birth, and gender on the identification must exactly match the information on the airline ticket and booking records. My failure or the failure of any member of my group to comply may result in denied boarding or delays at airport security, causing us to miss our flight(s).

International Travel

​

I understand that if traveling internationally, I and any member of my group must have a valid passport and, depending on the destination and nationality, may also need visas.

 

• Passport and visa information is available from the U.S. State Department Travel Advisory Section at 202.647.5225 or travel.state.gov.

• Non-U.S. passport holders should contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries for entry requirements.

• Medical information may be obtained from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at 404.332.4559 or cdc.gov.

 

 

Price Increases

​

I understand that airline tickets, air tours, or other travel products are subject to supplemental price increases after purchase. Post-purchase price increases may result from supplier or government actions, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations. I consent to such increases and authorize All Heart Travel to charge my credit card for the additional amounts on behalf of myself and any member of my group.

Travel Insurance

​

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks, including supplier bankruptcy, medical emergencies, illness, trip cancellation, missed transportation, or inability to travel due to personal reasons. This coverage applies to myself and any member of my group included in the booking.

Client Responsibilities

​

 

By booking with All Heart Travel, I agree to the following responsibilities for myself and any member of my group:

 

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information (names, dates of birth, passport details, etc.).

• Make all payments by the required deadlines to avoid cancellation by the supplier.

• Comply with all health, safety, customs, immigration, and other regulations of the countries visited.

• Secure all required travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) prior to departure.

• Arrive on time for all flights, cruises, tours, and other transportation. Missed departures due to late arrival are solely my responsibility.

• Review all itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents immediately upon receipt and report discrepancies to All Heart Travel.

• Purchase travel insurance if I wish to protect against risks including cancellation, delay, medical emergencies, illness, or supplier default.

 

 

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in loss of travel arrangements, additional costs, or denied services, for which All Heart Travel will not be held responsible.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and I consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

 

I acknowledge that this document constitutes the entire agreement between myself (including any member of my group) and All Heart Travel. It supersedes any prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. No oral promises or representations made by All Heart Travel or its agents are binding unless included in this written agreement.
